01Overview
These terms apply when you visit gautamrahul.com or buy anything from it. The site is run by Rahul Gautam ("we", "us"). By using the site or making a purchase, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
02Your account
Some features need an account. Keep your login details private — you're responsible for activity on your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has access to it.
03Purchases & payment
- Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payments are handled by a third-party payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.
- Products are digital and delivered instantly by download link after payment is confirmed.
- We may change prices at any time; this won't affect orders you've already paid for.
04Licence to use products
When you buy a product you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it in your own projects — including client work and monetised content — unless the product page says otherwise.
You're buying a licence to use the files, not ownership of them. All products remain the intellectual property of Rahul Gautam.
05What you can't do
- Resell, share, give away or redistribute the files, in original or modified form.
- Upload the files to marketplaces, file-sharing sites or template libraries.
- Share your account or download links with others.
- Claim the products as your own creation.
Breaking these rules may lead to your licence and account being cancelled without a refund.
06Disclaimer & liability
Products are provided "as is". We do our best to make sure they work as described, but we can't guarantee they'll work with every software version or setup. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
07Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of New Delhi, India.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when they last changed.
